CLIA Individual Agent Membership, offered by Cruise Lines International Association, these tiered certifications deepen cruise product knowledge, sales skills, and ship experience.
Carnival Cruise Line
To earn this credential one must pass 30 courses with a score of 80% or better.
Royal Caribbean
To earn this credential one must pass the Bachelors of Adventure and 36-course Master of Adventure with a score of 100%.
Princess Cruise Line
Rank: Commodore
To earn this rank, one must pass 25 courses with an average of 80% or better.
